1st African Companion Animal Congress, 2021
After 7 years of successful AFSCAN development, running now actively in 7 African countries, we have decided to organize a historic Pan African educational event, the 1st African Small Animal Veterinary Congress – the first ever small animal international event on African continent.
Organized by AFSCAN team and Ambassadors under umbrella of WSAVA Foundation we are aiming to share information from top level speakers among members of national small animal associations in AFSCAN member countries as well inviting colleagues from other new countries in Africa. With this event we are also planning to expand the network to new potential member countries, and to promote the key areas and goals of AFSCAN in Africa – creation of new small animal associations to join WSAVA, supporting fight against rabies, increase research in small animal medicine in Africa and promote the veterinary care among pet owners.
Participation will be focused and opened for all African countries.
